Shipping & Crafting Policy

1. The Crafting Timeline (Lead Time)

Every piece at A Touch of Green is "Slow-Made." Because we work with genuine, wild-foraged Irish shamrocks, we cannot rush nature.

  • Drying Phase: 3 weeks to naturally preserve the botanical color.

  • Curing Phase: 3 weeks for hand-pouring and precision resin curing. Please allow a total of 6 weeks for your order to be handcrafted before it is dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Destinations

We proudly ship our pieces of Ireland Internationally from our studio in Limerick via An Post the National Irish Postal Service.

  • Ireland and Northern Ireland: €6 Standard €10 Registered

  • Europe: €9 Standard €17 Registered

  • USA & Canada: €13 Standard €20 Registered

  • Australia & New Zealand: €14 Standard €24 Registered

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your 6-week crafting journey is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number if registered postage is used. You can follow your shamrock's journey from the meadows of Limerick to your front door.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For our international friends (especially in the US, UK, and Canada): A Touch of Green is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

We take great care in packaging our keepsakes to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take a photo, and contact us at Catherine@atouchofgreen.ie within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
